We start by listening — your site, your brief and your budget band — before a single line is drawn. That conversation becomes a written project brief we both sign off on, so nothing discussed early gets lost by the time drawings start.
Absolutely. We're comfortable joining an existing design team or leading design ourselves — either way, documentation, selections and buildability are resolved together before pricing begins.
Yes. Once the scope is resolved, we lock a fixed-price contract with a full line-item breakdown — no allowances that quietly balloon once you're on site.
It depends on the scope and the site, so we confirm a realistic program at contract rather than quoting a number before we've seen the block. What doesn't change is the process — the same six stages, in the same order, every time.
Progress is checked at every key stage, not just at the end. Details and finishes are reviewed before work moves on, with regular updates so you always know where your build stands.
A considered walkthrough of your finished home, full documentation and warranties handed over, and support that continues after you move in — not a phone number that stops answering once the final invoice is paid.
